CANCELLATION & PREPAYMENT POLICY:
- Villa rates are per night and include V.A.T. and local tax.
- Upon confirmation of the reservation, 50% of the total reservation amount is required as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% of the total reservation amount must be paid on the first day of arrival (check-in).
- For cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Any bank transfer or transaction fees are non-refundable.
- Climate Tax: €15 per night

1. Please inform us for the time of your arrival at least three days ago so that we arrange someone to meet you this specific time your first day of your arrival.
2. CHECK IN: 15:00 - 23:00 / CHECK OUT: 07:00 - 11:00
Please follow the property’s check in and check out policies. In case you would like to check out earlier or later than the above hours (upon availability) an extra charge is implemented.
3. Please you have to send us before your stay, your passports details or your IDs through the email: info@lighthousevillaskefalonia.com (high secured email). We do not accept guests without send us their passports or IDs details.
4. We do not negotiate prices after the first time agreement for the total price and we do not accept blackmail for any reason. We do not accept blackmail for bad review to achieve any purpose. In addition, we do not accept guests a second time at our villa if they have created a problem to us the first time of their stay.
1. Please take care of the house and keep it clean, so that you find it in good condition when you come back again.
2. Always lock the house when you leave. Don't leave all the windows open, because the wind may break them.
3. Do not bring sea appliances like mattresses, masks, flippers, e.c.t. into the house. Also, do not enter the house full of beach sand. There are showers in the garden, where you can rinse yourself.
4. Use the mosquito apparatus. Do not kill mosquitos on walls.
5. Cleaning is done twice a week free of charge.
6. Take care of the furniture.
7. In case of bicycle injury, we do not hold any responsibility.
8. Any damage happened from the guest, the guest is responsible to pay it.
9. Use the pool towels on the sunbeds.
10. It is forbidden to use barbecue when wind exists. Danger of fire!
11. Turn off the lights and electric appliances when you do not use them.
12. Do not touch your hands on the walls when they are dirty. When a damage happens, please inform us as soon as possible.
13. The first day of your arrival please check the villa for damages from previous guests that we did not notice.
14. No smoking allowed.
15. No parties or events allowed without our permission.
16. Pets are allowed only after our permission.
17. Please avoid placing the pool loungers on the lawn around the pool early in the morning as the lawn is watered with automatic watering 7am every morning.
18. Please be kind with the staff! Bad and inappropriate behaviors of any kind are not accepted.
19. You are responsible for your safety during your stay. We are not responsible for your safety.
20. There are cameras outside the property for guests safety.
21. With great regret we will have to deny access to the villa, to the people not abiding the above rules.
1. You are in a private area. Please respect the area and the hours of silence (2.00pm to 5.00pm and 22.00pm to 08.00am).
2. The access to this area and the use of the pool are not allowed to non-residents.
3. Use of pool is permitted to residents, at their own exclusive responsibility, only upon earlier arrangement with the owner.
4. Children under 15 years of age are not allowed to swim unattended.
5. Long dive jumps are not allowed. Danger of Injury!
6. Please follow the regulations of safety and the proper use of the pool.
7. Before using the pool, please use the shower in the house.
8. Please avoid swimming if you have any dermatological infection or scratches.
9. Pets are not allowed in the surrounding area, as well as in the pool.
10. Please avoid the use of sunscreen oils and emulsions.
11. Switch the hydromassage off when not in use.
12. With great regret we will have to deny access to the pool area, to the people not abiding the above rules.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Both villas are protected 24/7 by a professional security company free of charge. For private security per hour please contact with us (extra charge)
- A taxi can be arranged to collect you from the airport the date of your arrival. The taxi driver will wait you in the airport with a sign of your name. (extra charge)
- We provide massage therapist, yoga lessons, chef, aisthetic, babysitting, car rental, bicycle rental, with extra cost
- Cleaning services and internet connection are free of charge.
The cleaning is carried out twice a week free of charge (please do not forget to inform us about the day and time you prefer as we respect your privacy). The swimming pool is cleaned every second day early morning from an expertise employee. In case you have preference for another day and time please don’t hesitate to inform us.
